Tramping - Trips and Courses

Hapū-a-Kohe Range - Sunday 18 August 2019 This will be the fourth of four planned tramps and will complete our exploration of the Hapū-a-Kohe Walkway which is in the North Waikato between Ohinewai and State Highway 27. We will start from North Road, Mangatarata, going south as far as time and conditions allow. Because the full track is rated 8 hours in good conditions it will be a there and return tramp. There are two lookouts on this portion of the track. We will aim for the second one, 3 hours from the start of the track.
