ASC ACCOMMODATION RATES (2024-2025)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

ASC Members can book accommodation throughout the Summer & Winter Seasons and anytime in between subject to availability.

WINTER Season: 1 June to 31 October
SUMMER Season: 1 November to 31 May

ACCOMMODATION RATES are set by the Committee and run from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.

SPECIAL RATES / DISCOUNTS

Discounted rates are offered in appreciation to members that have attended (and contributed significantly to) work parties and the general running of facilities on the mountain.

Bookings may be moved no later than three nights before the first night of your stay (e.g. Friday night must be moved by end of Tuesday) Refunds are at the discretion of the Booking Officer and, if granted, will be minus an administration fee to cover bank charges.
Members do not need to cancel bookings, to move your booking to a new date within the current season just log in to your account and edit your booking by adding the new dates, then deleting the old.
Age is taken as the age at the 31st December of the current year.
